Disney's Newport Bay Club

Found on the shore of Lake Disney® 10 minutes walk from the Theme Parks or five minutes shuttle ride, this New England-style hotel has the atmosphere of an elegant marina. The Yacht Club restaurant serves the finest seafood specialities and the swimming pool is set in a glass pavilion. Bedrooms have 1 king size or 2 double beds.

This, the biggest hotel in Disney (and in Europe) and is currently being used for conferences and the like as well as for tourist trade. The top three floors are concierge quality and there are some excellent five person family rooms available. The views from the upper levels are outstanding, both at the front and back, however those over the lake are obviously the best!

The finest hotel shop in the resort is situated here and there's a generally airy and spacious feeling about the architecture of the hotel, designed by Robert Stern who is also responsible for the Cheyenne. The hotel's two restaurants specialise in seafood and the rooms are generally better than the Sequoia Lodge. A slightly longer walk into the park than Sequoia and New York hotels, there is a little bus than operates during the summer months.
